A.S.I. Ltd. Netiquette

Our LinkedIn Company space, as well as the emails we may exchange with you, is a space of interaction and dialogue where you can consult official content of our company.

Your opinions and comments are important to us in order to continue to develop and improve: we welcome any ideas you may have regarding the topics covered, but before sharing them, we invite you to do a search on our site to verify that they have not already been discussed on our site.

The material published, however, does not necessarily reflect our opinions or corporate values, nor those of our employees or collaborators. Therefore, we are not responsible for the content published by third parties or for the opinions expressed on the page.

Besides, this is a space open to dialogue and sharing, so we ask you to maintain a constructive and participatory spirit by inviting you to respect some simple rules. We are committed to responding as soon as possible to :

  • your comments ;
  • your criticisms, if they are relevant and constructive;
  • your questions ;
  • your requests for clarification or advice.

In general, when you post your content on our LinkedIn space or send us an email:

  • Be sure to stay on topic.
  • Avoid posting the same content repeatedly, or it will be considered spam and rejected.
  • Be respectful of other users and A.S.I. Ltd.’s employees.
  • Do not violate the codes of civilized digital conversations (e.g., all capitalized comments).
  • Be the author of your comment. Copyright infringement is prohibited (e.g., copying from other sites without asking permission and without citing sources). If most of your content was written or created by someone else, it will not be accepted, even if you cite your source.

In addition, you are prohibited from posting content that is likely to cause offence or expose a person or group of persons to hatred or contempt on the basis of race, ancestry, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age or physical or mental disability. Your comment or email may be rejected if it contains any of the following:

  • Vulgar, obscene or sexually explicit language;
  • Illegal material (e.g., violating a court order);
  • Hate speech;
  • Threats or harassment;
  • Personal attacks, insults or defamatory content;
  • Threats or incitement to commit a criminal act;
  • Any denialist content;
  • Any comment that promotes proselytizing;
  • Any comment containing links to spam, i.e. advertisements that refer to outside the platform;
  • Any advertisement on profiles in order to obtain likes or subscribers;
  • Any profile that does not represent the real identity of the persons;
  • Content or arguments based on false claims or fake news.

Finally, you should respect the privacy of others by not including any personal information (such as phone numbers or email addresses) or private conversations in your content.

Persons who do not respect these rules of good conduct may have their comments removed without notice. A.S.I. Ltd. reserves the right not to respond to a comment whose author does not clearly identify himself or herself (anonymous account or account suspected of using a false identity).

In general, users of our LinkedIn Company Page are required to abide by the Professional Community Policies to which all members of the social network have agreed and which can be found at the following link: LinkedIn Professional Community Policies.

In addition, the processing of personal information will also comply with LinkedIn’s policy. Personal information, shared through private messages sent directly to the managers of the company page, will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy rules. We reserve the right to review the content of offensive comments that may be harmful to our image, services or products at any time.

Differences of opinion are always welcome, but violation of one or more of the rules contained in the Professional Community policies above will result in deletion of the post or comment, blocking of the LinkedIn profile(s) responsible for the violations, and, in more serious and repeated cases, reporting the LinkedIn profile(s) to the social network’s help center.
